Wavy Alabaster

Hi.

Welcome to my open journal. Read, sip and stay awhile. Cheers.

Recently I was able to style mega babe and lifestyle blogger, Jenna Boron of Balance and Chaos for work, if you can even call it that. Sometimes it is hard to believe that this can be part of my job, but trust me... it is. I've already pinched myself. Anyway, Jenna is a sweetheart and a local, Pittsburgh gal who us ladies at Free People Ross Park have admired from afar.  We reached out to her for a little collab and the results were nothing short of stunning. And, what makes these pictures even more captivating is her beauty on the outside matches her beauty on the inside. Check out some of the photos below and hit up Free People Ross Park on Instagram and Jenna's blog for more!

Look one was this sleek slip dress. I love a lightweight material in a rich, heavy color; a fashion oxymoron for my soul. It's uniqueness is in it's simplicity. Accessories and undergarments were kept simple to not distract from the dress.

Look two spoke to Jenna's effortlessly cool style. She wears neutrals and wears them well!  This For Love & Lemons dress makes you do a double take. At first glance it may look like any other LBD, but upon a second look, the thoughtful sheer panels and textured pattern packs an unexpected and sexy punch.

Ready to for a lil peak into fall trends?!  It is okay to say yes. The last look incorporated layered chokers, a very wide brimmed hat, ripped denim and lace-up heels. There are many elements that make up this look... a little girly, a little tough. Sticking to three or four colors helps fuse it all together.
